The Kihei Resort is a residential garden-style complex set in lovely tropical gardens, water features like a Koi pond in a courtyard setting with a small pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills in a low key quiet complex.
Located in North Kihei along the South Maui coast, the Kihei Resort is within walking distance of two Maui beaches, Kalepolepo and Waipu’ilani. The serene atmosphere is a wonderful place to escape crowds and enjoy the beauty of Maui, the Valley Isle.
Less than 20 minutes from the Kahului airport. A few minutes drive north brings you to Sugar Beach, the Maui Ocean Center and Maalaea Boat Harbor where you can charter boats for whale watching, snorkeling and dinner cruises. Go a few minutes south and you will find the Maui golf courses and boutique shops at Wailea.
We recommend you rent a car as there is so much to see and o on the beautiful island of Maui. There is public transportation, and the closest bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the resort. You can find the bus schedule online. Uber is also available although prices can be quite high.
